At Thompson School for Girls, students grow in a safe, supportive environment that blends high expectations with strong values. The school uses a behavior management and mediation system to support accountability and encourage positive decision-making. The structured environment reinforces respectful conduct and helps students build strong habits for success in school and life.

Uniform Policy

Thompson School for Girls maintains a “Dress for Success” uniform policy. Uniform items for Grades K–12 can be obtained through School Bells.

Field Trips & Learning Excursions

Field trips and travel experiences allow students to explore the world beyond the classroom:

  • All Grades: COSI, Hersheypark (reward for top five scholars in each grade), Niagara Falls, Otherworld Columbus, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Skate Field Trip
  • Grade 8: Annual end-of-the-year trip
  • Service Learning: Cleveland Food Bank
